Thank you. And I couldn't agree with you more. Not that there haven't been times in my life when I've thought justice might be better served by the public than my police, but truth be it emotion doesn't rule punishment well. I don't know if you recall, or if you were even in Montreal then, but a few years ago (maybe close to 10 now) a girl in Cowansville went missing. Her boyfriend confessed, but there wasn't enough to hold him and there was never a body found. My best friend worked with the girl's mother... her brothers in turn, attacked the boyfriend. They did time for assult... he hasn't done a day. I admit I can't find the justice there. I can't honestly tell you leaving it to the authorities did any good at all. It's a fine line... I suppose depending on where we stand it's sometimes hard to see.
